Dillon began his post-secondary education by earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, specializing in molecular biology and genetics. Eager for a new challenge, he pivoted toward accounting, completed a Professional Accounting degree, and joined Jordan in 2017 in his first accounting role.

Today, Dillon is a CPA candidate and serves as Lead Link of the Jordan Engineering Operations Circle and as Financial Synergist, roles that keep him closely involved in how the company allocates resources and plans its operations.

 

Outside of work, Dillon loves to travel; he's been fortunate enough to visit five continents so far! His love of exploration reflects his collaborative approach and adaptability at work, where he brings fresh perspectives and helps to foster strong team connections.

Dillon’s favourite thing about Jordan is its flat, self-managed structure. Everyone has a voice in the decision-making process, and I feel I can make a genuine impact on the organization.
